RETURNS

We have a 30-day return policy, which means if you don't love something you can send it back to us within 30 days of it being shipped. We'll provide you with a return shipping label and the shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

All returned items must be unused and sent back in its original packaging so they can be resold. If you are returning sneakers, they must be in a bag or a box to protect the sneaker box.

You'll be refunded as soon as your package is accepted by our returns department. Once it has been accepted it can take up to 5 working days for the money to reach your original payment method.

Important for non-EU customers: If we provide you with a commercial invoice, please make sure to present this to your local postal office or courier.

EXCHANGES

We have a 30-day exchange policy, which means if you don't love something, you can send it back and re-order the color/size that you would like. We'll provide you with a free return shipping label and free shipping on your new order.

As soon as your item is received by our returns department, your new order will be processed and shipped. You'll receive an email with your tracking number once it is on its way.
